Ashutosh Tiwari, Jagdalpur/Bijapur: In a cowardly act by the Naxalites, 5 security personnel have been injured. The incident occurred due to an IED blast planted by Maoists. The injured personnel were immediately taken to a nearby hospital, where they are undergoing treatment. Bijapur SP Jitendra Yadav confirmed the incident. Security forces have intensified the search operation in the area, while the situation remains tense. The condition of the injured personnel is being closely monitored.

Bijapur: This morning, CRPF personnel from the Chinnagelur camp in the Tarrem police station area of Bijapur district were out for area domination. About 350 meters from the camp, an IED bomb planted by Maoists exploded, injuring 5 soldiers. Immediately after the incident, other personnel brought the injured to the nearby camp. Bijapur SP Jitendra Yadav confirmed the incident and stated that after initial treatment, the injured personnel are being sent to the district hospital for better care.

The injured include CRPF personnel from the 153rd Battalion: AC Saket, Inspector Sanjay, CT/DH Pawan Kalyan, CT/GD Lochan Mohta, and CT/GD Dule Rajendra. All injured personnel are currently out of danger. After the incident, security forces have intensified the search operation in the area to monitor Maoist activities. Following the attack, tension prevails in the area, but security forces are responding vigilantly.
