In his address at the grand armed military ceremony held at the Science College ground in Raipur, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai praised the army's presentation, stating that the event had excited him. He urged the youth to take advantage of the opportunity to become Agniveers.
The Chief Minister mentioned the recent encounter between security forces and Naxalites in Bastar, reporting that 32 Naxalites were killed in the Abujhmad area, for which he congratulated the soldiers. He emphasized the positive changes occurring in Bastar, noting that the youth there are playing a crucial role in eliminating Naxalism by joining the army.
Sai announced that such military programs would also be organized in Bastar to inspire the youth further. Due to the intense heat, he decided to change the ceremony's timing to be held from 8 to 10 AM and from 6 to 10 PM. This announcement aimed to make the event more convenient and accessible.
