TooFan News is a brand of A19 Infoways Pvt Ltd (Raipur, Chhattisgarh). By using toofan.news ("TooFan News", "we", "us") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Our services
TooFan News is a Hindi digital news portal. We offer free news, the "TooFan Premium" subscription (monthly, yearly and 3 years), and local advertising services for businesses. We do not accept donations.
2. Account
Give correct information when you create an account and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Payments
All payments are in Indian Rupees (₹) through secure payment gateways such as Razorpay. Prices are shown clearly before you pay and may include applicable taxes. We do not store your full card or bank details.
4. Premium subscription
After purchase you can read premium stories for the chosen period. A subscription is for personal use and may not be shared or resold. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Local advertisements
Local ads are published after editorial review. Illegal, misleading, obscene or hurtful ads will be rejected. The advertiser is responsible for the content of the ad.
Booking and payment: you can pay the full price, or 50% in advance and the balance later — online from your advertiser dashboard, or in cash to an authorised TooFan area coordinator (CAO) against a receipt. The ad can start once the advance is paid and the ad is approved; the balance must be paid before the ad's end date, otherwise TooFan News may pause the ad.
Design: if you allow it while booking, our team may adjust your image or text (for example crop it to the ad size) so that it fits the ad space.
Our representatives: TooFan News team members (Champion Authors, Champion Marketers and area coordinators) may help you book an ad and may receive a commission from TooFan News; this does not change the price you pay. Pay only online on toofan.news, or in cash to an authorised CAO against a receipt. We are not responsible for money paid to anyone else.
6. Content and copyright
News, photos, videos and logos on this website belong to TooFan News or their owners. Do not copy or republish them without permission. Sharing links to our stories is welcome.
7. User comments and Champion Authors
People who post comments or send news are responsible for their accuracy. We may edit or remove any content without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
We try hard to publish accurate and up-to-date information. Our liability for any error or resulting loss is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
