This action aims to curb Naxal activities in the area to improve the safety of the local population.
Following information about the presence of Naxalites in the Bhejji police station area, a joint team of police forces, including DRG, Bastar Fighters, 206 Cobra, 208 Cobra, 131 CRPF, and 212 CRPF, was dispatched for operations in villages Dabbakonta, Entapad Burklnka, Pamalur, Singhanmadgu, and surrounding areas. During the operation yesterday evening in the forests of Pamalur, an encounter occurred between the police and Naxalites, resulting in the elimination of one male Naxalite.
