Bhopal, MP: The owner of the MD drugs factory, SK Singh, has been arrested by the police in connection with the case involving a closed factory in the industrial area near Bhopal. The former owner, Jaydeep, who is the main accused in this case, is currently outside Bhopal, and the police are searching for him. Following this arrest, Congress has alleged that the drug kingpin is linked to the BJP. Congress leader Arun Yadav took to social media to target the government regarding this matter, triggering a political uproar. The police investigation is ongoing, and further arrests are possible.
SK Singh, a retired employee from BHEL, had rented the closed factory to the accused. During police questioning, he stated that he rented the factory to Amit Chaturvedi for soap manufacturing.
