After two days of play being affected by rain, Jasprit Bumrah brought Bangladesh to the back foot with his excellent bowling on the fourth day. On the first day, Bangladesh had scored 107 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in 35 overs. On the fourth day, against Bumrah's incisive bowling, the Bangladesh team managed to score a total of 233 runs, losing 7 wickets.

This is the final Test match of the two-match Test series between India and Bangladesh, being held in Kanpur.
