Theft at BJP Minister's House: Case of ₹50 lakh in Gold and Silver.

Aligarh, UP News: A theft worth over ₹50 lakh has been reported at the residence of Minister Thakur Raghu Raj Singh in the Yogi government. The thieves stole approximately 500 grams of gold jewelry and 5 kilograms of silver. Investigations revealed that the servant Sagar, who has worked for the family for 20 years, orchestrated the theft with his accomplices Rohit and Sachin. The police have arrested Sagar and recovered some of the stolen gold jewelry. This incident occurred at Gabhana House, Gaud Nagar, ITI Road in the Bannadevi area.
The theft at Minister Raghu Raj Singh's home took place in February when the family was in Delhi for his wife's treatment. During this time, Sagar, along with another servant Sonu and his mother, was the only one at home. After searching for the jewelry for a long time, Minister's son Narendra Pratap Singh filed an FIR about the theft nine months later.
Police investigations revealed that Sagar, along with his accomplice Sachin, committed the theft. Sagar had also sold some of the jewelry, including a ring. The case came to light when the police conducted surveillance on Sagar. The accused is currently in custody, and questioning is underway to uncover other aspects of the theft
