Her family claims she was troubled by ragging, and senior students were threatening her. They mentioned that a few days prior, Anushka had told them that two 12th-grade students were continuously harassing her. On the day of the incident, when Anushka did not return to the mess for her meal, her friends went looking for her. As they were returning to the hostel, they saw a torchlight on, which raised their suspicions. They immediately informed the principal. Anushka was a resident of Bhaderwara Burj and was studying in the 9th grade at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in Baruasagar. Her tragic death has caused chaos in her family.
Tragic Death of Student: A Step Taken Due to Ragging
Principal RP Tiwari, along with guards and staff, arrived at the scene and found Anushka hanging. The school administration promptly notified the police, after which a team from the Baruasagar police station arrived. The student was quickly brought down and taken to the hospital, but doctors declared her dead. This incident has come as a shock to everyone.
Family Raises Questions Over Student's Death: Allegations of Ragging
The SP City provided information about the case, stating that a student at Navodaya Vidyalaya committed suicide by hanging. The family alleges that the student was being harassed by two senior students, which she had also informed her parents about. This incident occurred shortly after the student had conversations with her senior classmates.
